Located on the southern most tip of Cape Breton Island,
Isle Madame is a cluster of islands which offers some of
the most captivating scenery along the Fleur-de-Lis
trail. As you visit the islands
you will constantly change vistas of the rocky
coastline, inlets, coves and islands of Isle Madame
along the very edge of the shores.
Measuring 16 km long and 11 km wide, giving approximately 45 km2, Isle Madame is jurisdictionally part of Richmond County and is separated from Cape Breton Island by a narrow strait named Lennox Passage.
